quick update...

Just a quick update....I've been busy working on the new website and editing the images for it.

It will be a dual site which I'm very excited about; this means the wedding site will be separated from the event/sports site. Its going to be a visual feast for the eyes. Lots of images, lots of info. Picadilly!!!

A few more weeks and it'll be all set.

M & M's

I've spent the better part of the evening 'becoming an M & M'. ya' know, the candy. You can pick the color M & M you want to be, then add arms, legs, hair, eyes, accessories and a ton more stuff. You can even be a regular M or a peanut M. Try it out here.
Cheers!!

A.J.

I had a blast at Freddie and Nicole's wedding this past saturday night. Their son followed me around the whole time and the two of us pretty much hung out all night!!! He was so great I told him I'd give him a post all to himself. This one's for you A.J.

ramblings...

I've been alone the past two days as my wife has been off in New York to visit some friends. I've been cleaning up my computers and organizing a ton of images and files into nice neat directories. Everything is better when it is all organized!!

So I heard a cop pull over someone outside the house today, so naturally I looked out to see what was going on. Nothing exciting just a routine traffic stop. Twenty minutes later though, I look out and the cop is just handing the ticket over...I mean come on, how long does it take to give someone a traffic violation. Run their info, write the ticket. Four and a half minutes maybe??? Six minutes tops! But twenty?? I mean come on... And of course the cop is in the middle of the road backing up traffic for .6 of a mile. Egads man, ruin the person's day and send them on their way!

I'm waiting to hear back from my best friend Kyle who is floating around the Mediterranean Sea playing Prince Charming on the Disney Cruise Line. We were in a band years ago playing all over New England most notably Mohegan Sun Casino in front of over 5,000 people!! He got hired by Disney because he can sing so well and that was the end of the band. He'll be composing the music for my new website and I'm excited to get some of the rough mixes from him via email.

I've got Freddie and Nicole's wedding this Saturday night...I'll post soon afterwards.

Be well...

happy birthday...

Saturday night brought one of my best friend's 30th birthday. We had a surprise party for him and boy was he surprised!! It was good to have a lot of our friends together; the night was filled with some interesting conversations...

One of our friends Jay, is in the Marines Corps., and all of the armed forces supposedly have a 'Challenge Coin'. When a challenge coin is thrown down, whoever is in the armed forces and doesn't have their coin with them has to buy a round of drinks. Well Jay has been carrying his coin for 10 years in his wallet faithfully, and the one night that he ventured out without the coin, somebody 'threw down' on him and he had to buy the drinks...See image below for the challenge coin.

Our friends Al and Mel, spent the better part of the night trying to figure out if they wanted to celebrate the anniversary of their first date or 'getting togetherness' on November 21 or December 12. Jury's still out, I'll keep you posted.

And a big thanks to Big Papi, David Ortiz of the Red Sox for showing up for dinner. He wore some interesting head gear, but it was fun to have him. He didn't say much; kind of just nodded all night. I'm sure he's got a stiff neck today.

Happy 30th birthday Chuck. You old man!!!

E-shoot...

Tonight I shot Marissa and Mark's pre-wedding shoot at Elizabeth Park in West Hartford. We had a great time; the scenery was exceptional and we shot for a good two hours.

Afterwards we returned to Wallingford to go over all the details for their wedding in two weeks. I got to meet with Marissa's parents again and have to say I'm a huge fan of her dad. After we had gotten all of the business out of the way, he asked me if I golfed. Naturally, I said yes and he proceeded to ask if I needed any golf balls....Their house is right next to hole 16 of the Wallingford Country Club and he said he picks up a ton of golf balls everyday. So I said I could always use some and after he disappeared for a good ten minutes, he came back with a HUGE box filled with golf balls!!! He then invited me to play hole 16 anytime I wanted!!

After that I took a walk out to hole 16 with Marissa and Mark and we climbed up this huge bridge and the three of us watched the sunset. The view was awesome!!!

I'm so blessed to constantly be meeting new people that I get to spend so much time with and become really close to.

Looking forward to their wedding...
