boston...

This past weekend was spent up in Boston with my wife and some great friends.

I'm still trying to determine if I enjoy shooting more in Boston or New York. Each time I go to New York, then thats my favorite city. But then each time I go to Boston, then thats my favorite city. So until I get to New York again, Boston is my current favorite.

Some of the trips highlights were getting yelled at by subway security for taking pictures in the subway(hey, who knew??), eating at a fabulous restaurant: the Redline, and watching people that were way too small drink way too much.

Of course, as it is in New England it snowed saturday night and turned way cold. Not a fan of precipitation of any kind.

Enjoy the pics of (for the time being) my favorite city....Boston.

photoreflect...

So, as of april 15th, all Oceanview packages will be switching to PhotoReflect from Pictage. I'm definitely excited about this change. PhotoReflect is a very exciting storefront and I am confident everybody will really like it and fall in love with how easy it is to use. I'm very impressed with their level of service and am looking forward to working with them for years to come.

Somebody was asking me the other day about all the '06 weddings I did and I have to say that I had the most fun with Carole and Darrell. These two met in England when Carole was visiting over there and eventually Darrell moved to the U.S. so they could get married. This was a very small ceremony with a photo shoot taking place immediately afterward. The day was beautiful and these two were a blast to work with. I'll leave you with a few pictures...Be well...

time flies...

A quick glance at the calendar today revealed that tomorrow is in fact St. Patricks Day... I've been so busy meeting with people and booking dates I don't remember January or February!! The summer is packed!!! Thats alright though; I've got some really exciting dates coming up with amazing people and am looking forward to all of them.
My friend Matt from Picture Infinity Studios up in Syracuse, N.Y. is getting ready to leave for the WPPI photo show in Vegas at the end of the month. Lucky guy gets to mingle with the brains of our industry and even teach a Master class about post processing and workflow. Fun stuff. Looking forward to hearing his stories.
I'm off to watch some March Madness! Happy St. Patty's Day.......a day early...(guess thats better than a day late..)...three cheers for the Irish!!
