house update...

Well, my wife and I have been in the busy process of buying a new house...this has got to be the most stressful process in life; not recommended for those with little to no patience. There is so much to do...and I've lost count of how many papers and documents that I've had to put my signature on...I'm feelin' like a rockstar autographing everything and anything in sight! So aside from all that and hemorrhaging cash out of every pore in my body for this fee or that bill, its a blast!!!

Super Bowl this Sunday....predictions anyone??? I'll be posting my prediction Saturday by midnight...check back for a sure fire winner!!!!

headshots...

My friend Kyle came down this weekend for some new headshots. He's an actor who recently returned from the Disney Cruise line and is off in a month to Tennessee for a new role in 'The Miracle'.

We actually drove to location, did the shoot, came back to my house, and edited the shots all in an hour and a half. That's efficiency!!!

Off to watch the football games...can't anyone beat the Patriots????

january book selection...

One of my goals for this year is to read through a list of 12 books that I have compiled; one for each month. Well, I've already finished off January's selection 'The Four Hour Work Week' by Timothy Ferris. A very interesting read that I recommend to anyone that wants to think outside the box. I don't think I enjoyed it as much as everyone else that I've talked to you, but I did take away some great ideas from it and some great stories.

I also signed up for another seminar today; I'm excited to be attending this workshop by 'power marketing guru' Mitche Graf in my favorite city of Boston next month. I'm really looking forward to it, and if anyone out there wants to attend, needs a ride or wants more info let me know.

kyle & christy...

I spent Saturday afternoon with my wife working with Kyle and Christy getting some nice portraits. We had some great light and the two of them were naturals!! We finished the night up with dinner out and then of course ice cream. Below are some of my favorites from the session.

On another note, I found out this week that I'll be shooting all the team photos for the local little league teams in April. This is gonna be a blast working with all these kids. It'll be a lot of work and I can't wait!!

And I hope everyone is ok after the 14 inches of snow we got this morning!! I finally figured out the right formula to use for the weatherman's snow prediction. Take the highest predicted number, subtract it from itself and add 2!! There you have it. Four years of meteorology school in one sentence!!

Booyah!!!

off to a great start!!!

7 days into the new year and I couldn't be busier!! Booking some new weddings, shooting some portrait sessions and putting the finishing touches on the 2008 game plan. NFL playoffs, College football bowl games and of course the long awaited and anticipated return of American Gladiators!!
Its great to have so much going on and be constantly busy.

On a side note be sure to check out my friend Ryan Star's new single 'Last Train Home' off the new 'P.S. I Love You' movie soundtrack. You may remember Ryan from the band 'Stage' or the t.v. reality show Rockstar: SuperNova. Simply amazing.
